I am a native of New Orleans, La. My cooking ventures started in the kitchen of my grandparents, watching them when I was younger cooking for family and friends. The holidays were always the best with my family. Learning about spices and foods and how those blends made the perfect dishes that left everyone with full bellies and smiles on their faces.

 I grew a passion for cooking that left me satisfied, full of joy, and with cooking for parties and events for family and friends, I decided to turn this passion into a business for over 20 plus years. I've taken my cooking skills from La. to Tx where I live now, and aboard to other states to be a mobile caterer and event planner, to share my passion and family recipes to give others a piece of that happiness and joy.
